Alternative Dispute Resolution

Marc holds a Master of Laws focused on International Arbitration and Dispute Resolution from Georgetown University Law Center.  He has taken courses in arbitration, mediation, and negotiations.  Marc specializes in resolving disputes before they turn into large trials and large fees.  Marc believes that a key component to keeping rates reasonable is developing strategies for resolving minor disputes before they become major problems.  Marc has also been involved in the recent push against domestic arbitration clients. Marc’s knowledge of the New York Convention, the Federal Arbitration Act, and arbitral rules of several institutions will be an asset to you as you navigate issues related to Alternative Dispute Resolution
